Data Deletion Policy

At Flynq.ai, we believe you should always have full control over your data. This page explains what data we collect, how long we keep it, and exactly how you can request its deletion — whether you're closing your account or simply want a fresh start.

Flynq.ai is a product of Nook Ventures Private Limited and uses Meta's official Instagram Graph API to deliver its services. This page also serves as our official Data Deletion Instructions page as required by Meta's Platform Policy.

When you connect your Instagram account and use Flynq.ai, we may store the following:

• Your name, email address, and account profile information
• Your connected Instagram Business or Creator account details
• Automation rules, keyword triggers, and DM templates you create
• Comment and message activity logs used to deliver automation
• Billing and payment information (processed securely via third-party payment processors)
• Usage data and session logs for platform performance and security

We do not store your Instagram followers' personal data beyond what is operationally necessary to send an automated reply or DM in real time.

We retain your data for as long as your Flynq.ai account remains active. Once you delete your account or submit a deletion request, we begin the deletion process within 7 days and complete it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (such as billing history for tax compliance).

You have three ways to request deletion of your data:

Once your data deletion is complete:

• Your Flynq.ai account and profile will be permanently removed
• All automation rules, templates, and keyword triggers will be deleted
• All activity logs associated with your account will be erased
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Please note: some anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for internal analytics and platform improvement. This data cannot be traced back to you individually.

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain specific data even after a deletion request, including:

• Billing records and transaction history (as required by Indian tax law)
• Data required to resolve an active legal dispute or comply with a legal obligation
• Fraud prevention and security records where legally permitted

We will always tell you if any of your data falls into these categories.

After submitting a request via email, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference code. You can use this code to follow up on the status of your request by emailing support@flynq.ai with the subject line: "Deletion Request Status — [your reference code]".
