You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and must hold a legitimate Instagram Business or Creator account. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, email address, and Instagram account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. Nook Ventures Private Limited is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may use the Service only for lawful, legitimate business and creator purposes. You agree not to use Flynq.ai to send spam, harass users, engage in deceptive practices, or violate Meta's Community Standards or Platform Policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Flynq.ai complies with Instagram's Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Send unsolicited, abusive, or harassing messages to any person
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools other than those provided by Flynq.ai to access the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Circumvent any security or access control features of the Service
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your access to the Service to any third party

Your use of Flynq.ai must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that cause or risk violations of Meta's policies, without prior notice.

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with reasonable notice. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved.

All content, branding, software, and technology underlying Flynq.ai is the property of Nook Ventures Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

If you submit or upload any content to the Service (including DM templates, automation rules, or other materials), you retain ownership of such content but grant Nook Ventures Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NOOK VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOOK VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nook Ventures Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are effective from the date you first use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Flynq.ai has a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that endangers, exploits, or abuses children. Any user found engaging in such conduct will have their account immediately terminated and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
